MY.TUNZ ("we", "our", "the app") is a song creation service. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we protect it.

1. Information We Collect

When you use MY.TUNZ, we collect:

• Song requests: The theme, genre, mood, and language you select to generate a song.
• Device information: IP address, browser type, and operating system (from standard HTTP headers).
• Transaction records: A unique song ID, timestamp, and the generated audio URL for each request.

We do not collect names, email addresses, passwords, or payment information unless you explicitly provide them in a future account feature.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To generate and deliver your requested song.
• To allow you to retrieve your song using a Song ID.
• To monitor service health, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot errors.
• To display relevant advertisements via third-party ad networks.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• AI text generation service: Generates song lyrics based on your input. Your theme, genre, and mood are sent to their API.
• AI music generation service: Generates music audio. Lyrics and style prompts are sent to their API.
• Cloudflare: Provides security, CDN, and bot protection. May set cookies for security purposes.
• Google AdSense: Displays advertisements. Google may use cookies and device identifiers to serve relevant ads. See Google's ad policy.

4. Cookies and Tracking

MY.TUNZ itself does not set cookies. However, third-party services (Cloudflare, Google AdSense) may set cookies for security verification and ad personalization. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser settings.

5. Data Retention

• Transaction logs are retained for up to 90 days for troubleshooting purposes.
• Generated audio URLs (hosted by Suno) may expire after their retention period.
• We do not store your songs permanently on our servers.

6. Data Security

We protect your data using:

• HTTPS encryption for all connections.
• Cloudflare WAF and DDoS protection.
• API key authentication and rate limiting.
• No storage of sensitive personal information.

7. Your Rights

You may:

• Request deletion of your transaction data by contacting us.
• Opt out of personalized ads via Google Ad Settings.
• Use the app without creating an account.

8. Children's Privacy

MY.TUNZ is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
